Alex has been a business consultant for the Big 4 firms for over 14 years. During that time, he has specialized in financial management, product management, business development, go-to-market strategy, and client support initiatives in the technology space. In addition to his experienced background, Alex actively leads the development and construction management activities for Second Landing. Since 2018, Alex has led the procurement, design management, and development of two 6-unit multifamily properties in the DC neighborhood of Glover Park. Additionally, Alex focuses on acquisitions, market expansion opportunities, supplier and partner relationships, and property management for Second Landing’s residential portfolio.
