Michael has worked in a variety of technical and operational management roles across multiple industries including petroleum refining, supply chain, and commercial construction. Throughout his 12 year career, he has focused on value generation through process improvement, cost reduction, and systems optimization. He has extensive experience in process start-up and integration, project planning, team building, and employee development. As a project manager in the construction industry, Mike has worked on some of the most prominent mixed-use residential, office, and hospitality projects in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Since 2016, he’s led the delivery of over 1000 residential apartment units and hotel suites on projects with an aggregate contract value exceeding $500M. At Second Landing, Michael is responsible for business operations, marketing, and asset management.
